So the effective rate for the year we pulled down to 33% in this fourth quarter which of course means there's a catch up effect, as you adjust for the prior three quarters which we had been booking at 34%. In addition, we had a one-time what we would call a discrete item which was a $4 million positive settlement. Now, as we look forward to next year in the guidance we've given you a range from 34 to 35% which is really driven by the confluence of our ever changing tax position and the implementation of FIN 48 which will hit us starting in the June quarter. I'm just wondering how you were able to book such a large credit, given what you reported with generics for the year, a comment about that?
